• Lodge Melissa & Lavender with sauna from 287 € per night for 2 persons.

• Lodge Rosemary & Thyme with sauna and whirlpool from 339 € per night for 2 persons.

• Lodge Juniper with sauna and whirlpool  from 650 € per night for 4 persons.

​Enjoy a 10% discount on the lodge price for stays of 7 nights or more.

ADULTS ONLY
We understand the importance of enjoying moments together, which is why our lodges are designed exclusively for adults. Guests aged 18 and over are warmly welcomed, ensuring a serene atmosphere, relaxation, and quality time for couples.

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in is between 3 and 8 PM. On the day of departure, you may stay in your lodge until 1 AM at the latest.

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT & LOCAL TAX
Your lodge booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 40% deposit of the total price. We will notify you of the exact amount via email. In addition to the accommodation rate, a local tax of €2.30 per person per night applies, payable locally. We accept cash, debit card, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

 

Breakfast & Dinner
Upon request and with advance booking, we’re delighted to serve breakfast featuring locally sourced products directly to your lodge at your preferred time (between 7 AM and 10 AM). You can choose from three different options the day before:
1. Sweet breakfast
2. Savory breakfast
3. Sweet and savory breakfast

Each option is priced at €20 per person.

Additionally, we offer delightful evening meals upon request and with advance booking. Choose between a typical South Tyrolean Marende (light dinner) or a full dinner with three dishes available daily. Prices are available upon request.

 

PETS
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed. We appreciate your understanding.

GET TO KNOW THE FARM AND HOSTS
We’re not your typical farm with dairy cows or apple orchards. Instead, we are two career changers with a deep love for nature. Our orchard features a variety of fruit trees, including cherry, apple, pear, nectarine, and kiwi. We also cultivate almonds, hazelnuts, chestnuts, sea buckthorn, rowan berries, and herbs. Our 11 Shropshire sheep and 1 ram roam freely among the fruit trees.

SUSTAINABILITY
We are energy self-sufficient, generating our own electricity with a photovoltaic system and heating with an integrated heat pump. Our hot water is supplied by our thermal solar system.

PARKING & GARAGE
Each lodge includes a free parking space in the garage.

 

CANCELLATION

Our cancellation policy:

• More than 3 months before the start of the holiday: no cancellation fees

• 3 months to 1 month before the start of the holiday: 40% of the booking amount

• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking amount

• In case of early departure, the entire booking amount is payable

 

SOUTH TYROL GUEST PASS
Upon your arrival, you will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass free of charge. With this ticket, you can use all public bus and train lines throughout South Tyrol unlimitedly during your entire stay:

• Regional trains (Brenner-Trento, Mals-Innichen)

• Local buses (city, intercity, and city buses)

• Cable cars (Burgstall-Vöran, Vilpian-Mölten, Bozen-Ritten, Bozen-Kohlern, Mühlbach-Meransen)

• Ritten tram and Mendel funicular railway
